The process

Five clear steps from inquiry to admission

We keep referral partners informed at each stage and respond as promptly as possible.

    Provide basic referral contact information using the secure inquiry form or by contacting our team.

    Initial review

    We review general program fit and current availability, and follow up with the referral source.

    Information exchange

    Additional documentation may be requested through an appropriate secure process — never through the public website.

    Step 4

    Assessment and determination

    Our team determines whether the program can safely and appropriately meet the individual's needs.

    Step 5

    Admission coordination

    If accepted, we coordinate the transition with the individual, referral source and treatment team.

Admission decisions

Admission decisions are based on individual needs, program compatibility, available capacity and applicable regulatory requirements. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee admission.
