PacificNest RTH is a residential behavioral-health program serving adults in the Beaverton and Washington County area — a small, home-like setting where structure and compassion work together.

Who we are

A home built on dignity, stability and growth

PacificNest was founded on a simple belief: adults living with mental-health challenges deserve a place to live that feels like home — safe, respectful and supportive of their goals.

As a Residential Treatment Home serving up to 5 adults, we provide 24-hour support in a residential neighborhood rather than an institutional setting. Our intentionally small size allows staff to know each resident well, respond thoughtfully to individual needs and build genuine, trusting relationships.

We work alongside each resident’s treatment team, case manager and authorized supports so that care is consistent, coordinated and focused on long-term stability in the community.

Our Approach

Individualized care, coordinated with the whole team

Care at PacificNest is individualized and coordinated with the resident and the people who support them. We believe the best outcomes come from consistent communication and shared goals.

  1. Start with the person

    We learn each resident's history, strengths, preferences and goals — and build support around them.

  2. Coordinate the care team

    We stay in close contact with treatment providers, case managers and authorized supports so care stays consistent.

  3. Build lasting skills

    Daily routines and skills training help residents grow confidence and independence over time.

Who We Serve

Adults who benefit from structure and support

PacificNest is designed for adults who benefit from a structured residential setting and ongoing behavioral-health support.

The program may be appropriate for adults experiencing serious or persistent mental-health needs who require assistance maintaining stability in the community.

Please note: Admission decisions are based on individual needs, program compatibility, available capacity and applicable regulatory requirements.

Our Team

Qualified, compassionate professionals

Our team combines behavioral-health expertise with a genuine commitment to residents' dignity and independence. Staff receive orientation and ongoing training in resident rights, safety, medication practices and person-centered support.

  • Program Administrator

    Oversees daily operations, regulatory compliance, admissions and partnerships, and serves as the primary point of contact for referral sources.

  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)

    Provides clinical oversight, supports assessment and service planning, and coordinates with each resident's treatment team.

  • Qualified Mental Health Associates (QMHA)

    Deliver skills training and individualized support aligned with each resident's goals and service plan.

  • Residential Support Staff

    Provide 24-hour support, supervision and encouragement, helping residents with routines, activities and community participation.

Licensing & Compliance

Oregon licensing in progress

PacificNest RTH LLC is completing the applicable Oregon licensing and regulatory approval process.

We are committed to operating in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules for residential behavioral-health programs, including standards for staffing, resident rights, safety and confidentiality.
